OKOK CAR does not accept online payments or complete purchases through this website. An inquiry alone does not create a purchase or payment obligation. You may withdraw an inquiry by contacting us.

Separate vehicle transactions
If you enter a separate written vehicle agreement or pay a deposit, cancellation, return, and refund conditions must be agreed in writing before payment. This website policy does not mean that an offline deposit is automatically non-refundable or that a buyer has no cancellation rights.

The agreement should explain cancellation before vehicle sourcing, after reservation or inspection, before shipment, and after delivery. It should also identify any permitted deductions, the evidence needed for those deductions, and the method and timing of any refund. We do not publish a fixed refund period or universal deduction because these depend on the actual transaction and applicable law.

Problems with the vehicle or delivery
If the vehicle received differs materially from the agreed description, or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the VIN, agreement reference, photographs, and relevant delivery documents. Available remedies depend on the facts, the written agreement, and applicable law. Do not arrange a return shipment without first confirming the appropriate destination and process.

No blanket exclusion of rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights. Existing agreements and applicable law govern amounts already paid.
