Inquiries and individual arrangements
This website does not provide an online shipping checkout. Vehicle collection, transport, and any international shipping are arranged separately for the specific transaction. Submitting an inquiry does not book transport or confirm export availability.

Written delivery terms
Before payment, the quotation or agreement should confirm the vehicle, collection or loading location, destination, transport method, estimated schedule, shipping charges, insurance arrangements, required documents, and the responsibilities of each party. If an Incoterms rule is used, the agreement should specify the rule, named place or port, and applicable edition.

Costs and destination requirements
Freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, port charges, registration, and inland transport are included only when expressly stated in the quotation or agreement. The agreement should identify who arranges and pays each item. Import eligibility must be checked for the destination before a transaction is agreed, including vehicle age, steering configuration, emissions, and registration requirements.

Delivery timing
Any estimate should be confirmed for the specific vehicle and route. Vessel availability, inspections, customs procedures, documentation, and other external factors may affect timing. We do not offer a universal dispatch or arrival guarantee through this website. Any contractual delivery commitments remain subject to the agreement and applicable law.

Condition, handover, and transit issues
Vehicle condition, handover evidence, insurance coverage, and the point at which transport risk transfers should be set out in the agreement. If damage or missing items are discovered, keep photographs and delivery records and contact us promptly so the matter can be assessed with the relevant parties. This does not limit mandatory legal rights.
