1. Website operator and purpose
This website is operated by China New Roadfar Strictly Selected Automobile (Shenyang) Co., Ltd., trading as OKOK CAR. It provides vehicle information and a way to contact us about potential purchases. It does not accept online payments or complete vehicle sales through an online checkout.

2. Inquiries and contracts
Sending an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or saving a vehicle does not reserve a vehicle or create a purchase contract. A vehicle transaction must be separately agreed in writing. The written agreement should identify the seller, buyer, specific vehicle, price, currency, payment terms, delivery arrangements, cancellation conditions, and any warranty terms.

3. Listings, photographs, and specifications
Vehicle availability and specifications must be confirmed before a transaction. Photographs may not show every feature or defect, and some may contain an OKOK CAR branding overlay. Such an overlay does not establish the vehicle's registration status, ownership, or condition. Confirm the VIN, model year, production date, mileage, steering configuration, equipment, and condition of the specific vehicle in writing. A model year is not necessarily the production year or first-registration year.

4. Prices and quotations
A displayed price is for reference unless expressly confirmed in a written offer. A quotation should state its currency, validity period, and what it includes. Do not assume that freight, insurance, taxes, customs duties, registration, port handling, or other destination charges are included unless the quotation expressly says so. Display errors will be clarified before an agreement is made; any rights under an existing contract or applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Payments and deposits
No payment is collected through this website. If a separate transaction involves a payment or deposit, its amount, due date, beneficiary, purpose, and refund conditions must be stated in the written agreement. Verify payment instructions directly with us using the contact details published on this website before transferring funds. We do not ask customers to submit payment-card details through website inquiry forms or WhatsApp.

6. Delivery, import eligibility, and warranty
Delivery responsibilities and any export or import arrangements must be agreed for the specific transaction. Destination-country requirements may include vehicle age limits, steering configuration, emissions rules, homologation, and registration conditions. Do not assume a vehicle can be imported or registered solely because it appears on this website. Warranty coverage, if any, must be confirmed for the specific vehicle and destination. A manufacturer warranty in one market does not automatically apply in another.

7. Website use and external services
Use the website lawfully and do not submit misleading information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Website branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle brand names identify the vehicles shown and do not, by themselves, indicate an authorized-dealer relationship. Links to WhatsApp or other external services are subject to those providers' terms and privacy notices.

8. Accuracy, availability, and legal rights
We seek to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every listing is current at all times. Contact us to resolve any discrepancy before entering an agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Transaction-specific dispute arrangements should be set out in the written agreement and remain subject to applicable law.

9. Changes and contact
Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Website updates do not automatically change an existing written vehicle agreement.
